Newspaper yarn project 2: Wall hanging/screen

Yarn needed:
300 newspaper pages/600 newspaper strips
Cut newspaper page in half. Fold and make newspaper strip as per normal.
This yarn is 1/2 the thickness of the yarn used in The Donut. 

Top: Yarn used in The Donut
Bottom: Yarn used in this project

Abbreviations:
K- Knit stitch (Youtube tutorial)
P- Purl stitch (Youtube tutorial)
YO- Yarn over (or drop stitch. Youtube tutorial)

Instructions:
Using the loom to knit a flat panel, do not join, knit back and forth. 

E-wrap cast on all pegs
Row 1-2: P across
Row 3-6: K across
Row 7: K, YO (x) on same peg. Replace x with any number from 1 onwards. 
Row 8: Drop YOs, P across

Repeat Rows 1-8 until desired length or till out of yarn.
